Request For Proposal Resource Page

Welcome! We’re grateful for your continued partnership and commitment to strengthening our Ventura County community. This resource page is designed to support new applicants in completing the funding proposal. Here, you’ll find helpful templates, links, and resources aligned with proposal requirements. We hope this tool supports your efforts for submission.

Please start at the Required Meetings. If your organization hasn’t already attended an Orientation, that will be your first step. Please click the link next to Orientation Sign-Up and register for a date and time that works for your schedule.

If you’ve already completed Orientation, your first step will be Engagement. We are offering two ways to complete this; 1) Register to attend our July 15 session by clicking the link next to Engagement Meeting Sign-Up; OR 2) Watch the recorded Engagement Meeting on your own time and email us when complete at communications@vccie.org.

If you’ve already completed both, you would’ve received instructions on how to start the Participation Agreement process, including the link to fill out the Outside Party Information Sheet (OPIS). You will find that in Required Forms below if you haven’t completed it yet.

If you’ve completed all of the steps mentioned above, all you’ll need to do is fill out the RFP Application Form and Program Budget Template below.
