Program Updates

The Ventura County Community Information Exchange (VCCIE) seeks to activate the Integrated Care Network in Ventura County. Outlined in the image below, this requires a simultaneous set of activities including developing data use agreements to ensure the privacy and security of the system, a resource directory that is searchable for the Ventura County service providers, the secure technology platform, as well as engaging partner organizations to participate on the platform. To date, our community outreach team has connected individually and provided orientations for over 55 organizational partners in Ventura County. The diagram below outlines the various development components required to launch the VCCIE.
