What To Expect As A VCCIE Partner
- Orientation: A meeting that provides an overview of the VCCIE’s purpose and commitment to the community and begins to gather information on your organization and network.
- Data Use Agreement: Data Use agreements that govern the access and protection of client data are signed
- Client Authorization: VCCIE client authorization language is integrated into existing intake processes
- Privacy and Security Training: Online training is provided for all participants to ensure the integrity of the system is maintained.
- User Set-up: The VCCIE team determines access roles that your organization requires and sets up user accounts based on these roles.
- Workflow Configuration: Work sessions that determine how to incorporate an organization’s existing processes and technology (where applicable) into the VCCIE platform.
- User Training: Organization staff is trained on how to use the VCCIE.
- Go Live: Participants who have completed the onboarding have full access to the VCCIE.
