What To Expect As A VCCIE Partner

1. Orientation: A meeting that provides an overview of the VCCIE’s purpose and commitment to the community and
begins to gather information on your organization and network.
2. Network Meet & Greet: The VCCIE team determines a network cluster and brings these organizations together to
kick off the orientation process.
3. Onboarding Financial Support Estimate: The VCCIE provides a documented estimate of financial support to be
provided to your organization through the onboarding process.
4. Workflow and Integration Design: Work sessions that determine how to incorporate an organization’s existing
processes and technology (where applicable) into the VCCIE platform.
5. Roles & Users Setup: The VCCIE team determines access roles that your organization requires and sets up user
accounts based on these roles.
6. Contracts Signed: Agreements are written and signed to formalize the partnership.
7. User Training: Organization staff is trained on how to use the VCCIE.
8. Go-Live: A network cluster (established in step 2) transitions to the use of the VCCIE for closed-loop referrals.
9. Performance Incentive*: A financial incentive is provided to organizations meeting specific performance criteria.
