The VCCIE is seeking to connect social service organizations in support of our clients


What To Expect As A VCCIE Partner
- Orientation: A meeting that provides an overview of the VCCIE’s purpose and commitment to the community and begins to gather information on your organization and network.
- Engagement: A meeting to explore the fundamentals of onboarding to the VCCIE including Onboarding Assistance Program when applicable.
- Pre-Onboarding Assessment: Participants complete a survey to determine their integration needs ( if any) as well as existing referral partner network.
- Participation Agreement: The Participation Agreement governs the access and protection of client data. The Participation Agreement will be signed by all onboarding organizations.
- Organizational Setup Assessment: Participants complete a set of questions to determine the organizational and user set up for the system.
- Client Authorization Training: A training will be offered to support partner organization's integration of the VCCIE's universal client authorization form/language into the intake processes.
- User Training: A training will be offered to demo the VCCIE system including the role based access design of the system and participants approved access based on their approved credentials.
- Go Live: Participants who have completed the onboarding have full access to the VCCIE.
