We have been busy meeting with committed service providers in the community, and are excited to give you an update on what’s happening at the VCCIE. 

Community Engagement

The VCCIE is currently engaged in a county-wide outreach and network mapping process. The goal of this process is to map the current referral relationships throughout the County in an effort to understand key strategic referral partnerships to prioritize for onboarding; therefore ensuring the platform brings value to all involved. 

To date, the VCCIE has oriented 35+ organizations that have provided invaluable insight as we build out our system.
