Care Operations

While the VCCIE works to move forward with exciting progress, one key new development is the focus on the Care Operations set of service offerings that will be embedded in the VCCIE. To this end, we are thrilled to announce the launch of the VCCIE Care Operations Work Group. We are fortunate to be partnering with individuals from more than 12 agencies and client groups that will help inform the VCCIE system and service design. We know that Ventura County is filled with expert care coordinators and service providers with varying degrees of capacity. The intention will be to assess where and how care coordination can be supported in Ventura County and to do so centering on client interest and preference.
