Announcing the VCCIE Care Operations Work Group

While the VCCIE is moving forward with exciting progress, one key new development is the focus on the Care Operations set of service offerings that will be embedded in the VCCIE. To this end, we are thrilled to announce the launch of the VCCIE Care Operations Work Group. We are fortunate to be partnering with individuals from more than 13 agencies and client groups that will help inform the VCCIE system and care coordination design. Ventura County is filled with expert care coordinators and service providers. This optimistic and thoughtful work group will assess where and how the VCCIE can support care coordination in Ventura County, all the while, centering on the needs and voices of clients.
