What To Expect As A VCCIE Partner
- Orientation: A meeting that provides an overview of the VCCIE’s purpose and commitment to the community and begins to gather information on your organization and network.
- Workflow and Integration Design: Work sessions that determine how to incorporate an organization’s existing processes and technology (where applicable) into the VCCIE platform.
- Roles & Users Setup: The VCCIE team determines access roles that your organization requires and sets up user accounts based on these roles.
- Contracts Signed: Agreements are written and signed to formalize the partnership.
- User Training: Organization staff is trained on how to use the VCCIE.
- Go-Live: A network cluster (established in step 2) transitions to use of the VCCIE for closed loop referrals.
- Performance Incentive*: A financial incentive is provided to organizations meeting specific performance criteria.
